2 tablespoons nut butter
2 tablespoons Spicy Coconut Secret Aminos
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 cups broccoli slaw or chopped kale
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup edamame
¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
2 chopped scallions
1. Mix dressing ingredients to taste.
2. Layer slaw or kale on bottom.
3. Pour 2/3 of dressing on first.
4. Put shredded carrots on one quadrant, edamame in 2nd quadrant, sunflower seeds in 3rd, and scallions in 4th.
5. Drizzle remaining 1/3 of dressing on top.
6. When ready to serve, mix and enjoy!!
