At Nutiva, Inc., we proudly stand behind our products and our quality controls. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you purchased from nutiva.com or from one of our authorized sellers, please contact customer service within 45 days of the date of purchase to request a refund or a replacement product. This Guarantee is a limited to customers in the United States.
Refund options: nutiva.com online coupon, in-store retail coupon, or a product exchange - no cash refunds.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. All products must be returned to the original retailer where they were purchased. This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end user purchaser.
How to Claim the Guarantee:
To submit a Guarantee request, please email us with our Contact Form and provide us with the following information:
- Which product this is and its size
- A picture of the Best Before date and Lot code on the package
- The product UPC or Barcode number
- Where and when you purchased your product.
In some cases, such as when a product may have caused a customer to experience an adverse reaction, you may be required to return the product to us for inspection.
We reserve the right to deny any return or refunds if we believe the return or refund is not made in good faith. The return and refund policy is subject to change without notice.
