1 pound salmon (skin removed)

Sliced cucumber 

Snow peas 

Shredded carrots 

Cooked brown rice

Sesame seeds optional 

1 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp Nutiva Organic Avocado Oil 

1/4 cup Coconut Secret Garlic Coconut Aminos



Spicy Mayo:

1 cup avocado mayonnaise 

1 tbsp Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos 

2 tbsp sriracha 

1 tsp sesame oil 

1/2 tsp ginger 

1/2 tsp garlic powder





First, cut salmon into cubes. In a medium bowl, add salmon, avocado oil, salt, pepper, and garlic sauce. Toss well to ensure an even coat. 


Lightly coat the bottom of the air fryer with avocado oil and a pastry brush. Place salmon cubes into the air fryer tray. Air fry on 400 for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Once flipped, use the remaining marinade to brush onto the salmon. 


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.


Assemble your bowl with rice, carrots, snow peas, cucumbers, and salmon. Then top with spicy mayo.
