Italian Pasta Salad

Key Ingredients


1 12 oz box pasta cooked as directed on the box 

1 1/2 c chopped English or Persian cucumber

1 1/2 c halved cherry tomatoes

2 cups chopped broccoli 

1/2 of a diced red onion 

1 c feta 

1/2 c of dressing 



1/2 c Nutiva Organic Avocado Oil

1/2 c red wine vinegar

2 T lemon juice 

2 T sugar

1 t basil

1 t oregano

3/4 t salt

1/2 t red pepper flakes 

1/2 t onion powder

1/2 t garlic powder


      Cook and drain the pasta as listed on the box.


      Whisk together the dressing and set aside while you chop the veggies.


      In a large bowl, add pasta, veggies, feta, and 1/2 cup of the Italian dressing.


      Toss together and add more feta or dressing to your taste.


      Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
