- 3 peaches
- 1 package puff pastry
- 2 tbsp. coconut or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Nutiva All-Purpose Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. water
Preheat oven to 425.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drizzle 2-3 teaspoons of honey on parchment paper equally spaced part 6 times.
Arrange fruit in a layer on top of the honey.
Melt coconut oil and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle the coconut oil mixture on top of the peaches.
Unroll puff pastry sheets and cut them into six rectangles. Place the puff pastry rectangles on the fruit, gently pressing down the edges. Press a fork into the edges of each side of the puff pastry to make a pattern.
Whisk egg and water together and brush on top of the puff pastry to coat.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Allow the pastry to cool for a few minutes, then flip it upside down.
