ingredients

  • 8oz Penne pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil with Butter & Garlic Flavors Organic Coconut Oil with Butter Flavor
  • basil, for garnish
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste

instructions

1. Make penne pasta according to package directions.

 

2. Drain, and place in a large bowl.

 

3. Add tomatoes and Coconut Oil to bowl and stir.

 

4. Top with parmesan cheese, basil, salt & pepper.

 

5. Serve.
