- 1 cup Organic Coconut Manna
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Melt the coconut manna following the directions on the jar. You want the manna to be smooth—the same consistency as nut butter.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the coconut manna onto theparchment about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle on the cranberries and coconut. Place in the refrigerator, on a flat surface, to set for 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, break into bark, and serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator
