A tropical twist on a classic Indian treat, this easy recipe for mango lassi is an instant favorite.
- 6 oz Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Mango (ripe, pitted, and peeled; the more ripe the mango, the sweeter the drink will be)
- 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna™ (melted) Organic Coconut Manna
- 3 Ice Cubes (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
