Morning Manna Smoothie

Super easy and full of delicious Coconut Manna!? This smoothie is sure to kick your day off right.


  • 1 Cup Water filtered
  • 2 Banana Frozen (If bananas are not frozen, add 1 cup of ice and change water amount above to 1/3 cup
  • 1 Tbs. Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna Organic Coconut Manna
  • 1 Scoop Greens Powder, (your choice) I use Barley Max
  • 1 Handful Parsley Fresh


  1. Pour water into a high-powered blender. Add Coconut Manna and bananas if they are not frozen. Blend till smooth.
  2. Add ice or frozen bananas, greens, and parsley. Blend until all ingredients are smooth. If too thick, add a small amount of water and blend again. If too watery, add more Coconut Manna and some ice and blend until smooth.
