Morning Manna Smoothie
Super easy and full of delicious Coconut Manna!? This smoothie is sure to kick your day off right.
- 1 Cup Water filtered
- 2 Banana Frozen (If bananas are not frozen, add 1 cup of ice and change water amount above to 1/3 cup
- 1 Tbs. Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna Organic Coconut Manna
- 1 Scoop Greens Powder, (your choice) I use Barley Max
- 1 Handful Parsley Fresh
- Pour water into a high-powered blender. Add Coconut Manna and bananas if they are not frozen. Blend till smooth.
- Add ice or frozen bananas, greens, and parsley. Blend until all ingredients are smooth. If too thick, add a small amount of water and blend again. If too watery, add more Coconut Manna and some ice and blend until smooth.
