We love creating chia puddings because you can create dozens of flavor varieties! This chia pudding recipe utilizes our Organic MCT Powder Matcha, strawberries, mint and coconut milk. MCTs, or medium chain triglycerides, are a form of digestible fatty acids that quickly covert to ketones, giving the brain, muscles and other tissues fast and sustained energy.* The 3g of fiber from prebiotic acacia fiber keeps your gut happy and healthy.
