Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl
A fun, festive, fall Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl to satisfy all your Carrot Cake cravings!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Organic Plant Protein Superfood Smoothie
- 1/2 c. raw walnuts
- 1 banana, cut into slices and frozen
- 1/4 c. shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. Vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 c. almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 4 dates, pitted and chopped
Instructions
- Cut banana into slices and freeze.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until completely blended together.
- Serve.
