A simple organic pumpkin spice protein smoothie to celebrate fall.
1 c. milk of choice
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
2 tsp. + 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 banana, cut into slices and frozen
1 tbsp. Organic Coconut Sugar
1. Cut banana into slices and freeze.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend on high until completely blended together.
