These 3 ingredient protein pancakes are filled with the perfect amount of protein to start your day.
1 scoop (32 g) Organic Plant Protein Superfood Smoothie
2 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
1/2 c. egg whites
4 tbsp water
1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir together by hand.
2. Place a little oil in a large frying pan on the stove. Set heat on medium-low.
3. Pour batter into frying pan, forming small pancakes. (This recipe will make between 5-6 pancakes.)
4. After about 4 minutes, flip pancakes.
5. Flip pancakes after about another 4 minutes.
6. Remove from pan, and top with your favorite pancakes toppings.
