Some challenges are tough work, but when they are as delicious as a 7 days of smoothies challenge, we know the task will (easily) be completed.

We kicked off the year with a Berry-licious Hemp Smoothie recipe to help give you ideas for making this year your healthiest yet.

But now summer is the perfect time to incorporate even more smoothies since the days are long and hot and something refreshing is always top of mind.

Today we are inviting you on our 7 days of smoothies challenge. Each day for the next 7 days, we will have a new smoothie recipe for you to try. We have used a variety of ingredients so you’ll always have something new to look forward to each day.

We have made each recipe simple, typically including 5 or less ingredients so you can easily make them at any point throughout your day.
