To prepare around 10 servings of this granola you’ll need:
- 3½ cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup hazelnuts chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ¼ cup avocado oil (you can also coconut oil or grapeseed oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini sweet-chocolate chips
How to make it:
a. Preheat your oven to 325º F.
b. Line a baking sheet tray with a silicone baking mat or parchment and set aside.
c. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. (rolled oats and hazelnuts)
