• 1/4 cup Nutiva hempseeds
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. You can also make hemp milk in larger batches and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Homemade hemp milk also stores well in the freezer.

    I use nut or seed milk as the base for chia pudding and oatmeal. Haven’t tried hemp milk (and the mash of course, whatever there might be with hemp) but will soon. Thanks for the idea!
