Chia Berry Popsicles

With a refreshing berry flavor and the added nutrition of chia seed, this popsicle recipe makes for a summer staple. You may want to make several batches at a time as it’s hard to eat just one!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (light)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp (warmed) Organic Coconut Manna
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries - Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seed

Instructions

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth and creamy
  2. Adjust sweetness to desired taste
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer overnight
