Chia Berry Popsicles
With a refreshing berry flavor and the added nutrition of chia seed, this popsicle recipe makes for a summer staple. You may want to make several batches at a time as it’s hard to eat just one!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (light)
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp (warmed) Organic Coconut Manna
- 1 cup Frozen Berries - Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
Instructions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth and creamy
- Adjust sweetness to desired taste
- Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer overnight
