Bringing this combo back and HOTTER than ever! Sandwich stacks from your childhood made adult-ish by grilling with @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic! 4. Bunless Turkey Burgers. She found the secret to ridding the turkey burger of all dryness.

I’ve never understood why so many people hate the word “moist” with a burning passion. ? Like, I know right now, as we speak, some of y’all are probably heaving into a trash can just reading it. ? But think about it: who wants to eat dry cake, or hard muffins, or charred burgers?? I want my burgers MOIST – in fact, I’ll have it no other way. Me likey moist. ? But the problem with turkey burgers is that because they’re less fatty, they tend to dry out more easily, so pay attention, y’all, because I’m about to give you pearls. I have two secret-weapon add-ins with which I can guarantee moist turkey burgers every. single. time: 1) Veggies, and 2) A nice drizzle of quality oil. In this case, I mixed shredded zucchini + @nutiva’s new garlic liquid coconut oil right into the meat before cooking – and y’all, I can’t even begin to describe how good these smelled cookin’ up in my cast iron, thanks to all that garlicky goodness!! ? Insanely pumped about this stuff. How I did these uber moist lettuce-bunned turkey burgers that’ll make even the staunchest “moist” haters go mmmmmmmmm! ?? #savoringtheflavoring #nutiva #cookwithclarity #partner • • 1. Turkey burger patties: in a large bowl, I mixed 1 lb ground turkey + 1 medium shredded zucchini (the excess water squeezed out first) + a drizzle of @nutiva garlic liquid coconut oil + a good pinch of lavender-rosemary sea salt + a couple shakes of garlic powder + gently formed it into 6 patties. Cooked a couple/few min per side in a cast iron skillet. Topped with a little grassfed, organic mozzarella. 2. Served with reheated leftover roasted golden beets, wrapped up in a romaine lettuce swaddle. ??? • • • • • #f52grams #huffposttaste #foodporn #eeeeeats #instafood #saveur #iamwellandgood #gloobyfood #eatingwell #buzzfeedfood #wholefoods #eatclean #cleaneats #healthy #feedfeed #forkyeah #bonappetit #vscofood #foodsforthought #whatsonmyplate #popsugarfood #healthyfats #lunch

I used @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic, maple syrup, honey to bind it all together! The fats from the oil that solidify at room temperature are removed via a certified organic process, leaving the liquids even at cooler temperatures, thus making this coconut oil perfect for baking, cooking, dips and sauces! Tuck the kids in bed early tonight and curl up with a big bowl of ‘grown-up popcorn’ (#Ad) Popped in @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic and sprinkled with fresh rosemary and truffle salt, this popcorn is anything but ordinary. • Nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil uses a patented USDA certified organic process to gently extract the fats from pure virgin coconut oil that are solid at room temperature, resulting in an oil that remains liquid, even at cooler temperatures – which makes it perfect for popping popcorn, drizzling on a salad or including in recipes that call for olive or seed oils. • Unlike non-organic liquid coconut oil brands, there are no chemicals, hexane, additives or filler oils used during processing so you can feel good about using it in cooking, sautéing, dips, sauces, salads, and baking – even drizzling over your popcorn to help all the delicious seasoning stick! . . . #realfood #glutenfree #organic #nutiva #CookWithClarity #popcorn #healthysnacks #sponsored

  8. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Truffles. A bite-sized dessert that you won’t be able to stop after just one bite.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Truffles!! ?? Can ya blame me??? Seriously guys, if you’re a PB&Choc fan like me, you will LOVE this recipe. Comment below if you make ? Ingredients: Filling- 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp coconut flour 1 scoop collagen powder (optional) 2 tbsp @Nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Chocolate Drizzle- 3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil 2 tbsp cacao powder 1 tsp maple syrup Directions: Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl using a spatula. Once thoroughly combined, divide dough and roll into 1″ rounds (I love this @Nutiva Organic Liquid Coco Oil because it doesn’t harden at room temp, which makes the filling of these truffles stay super soft!!). Lay each round on parchment paper on something flat and freeze for 25 minutes. Whisk together the ingredients to make the chocolate drizzle then freeze for 15 minutes, just enough to barely thicken. Remove peanut butter rounds and chocolate drizzle from freezer. Using a fork, transfer each round to the chocolate mixture, then drizzle the chocolate over the top. Transfer back to parchment paper. Once all done, store chocolate covered peanut butter truffles in the freezer and remove when ready to eat ✨ #healthydessert #nutiva #CookWithClarity

  9. Pink Pearl Apple Cake. The most beautiful apple cake you’ve ever seen.

There’s nothing like the fragrance of apples + cake baking in the oven! I made this simple cake with pink pearl apples, which gives it that gorgeous pink color, but any apple will do. It’s also made with honey/maple syrup instead of sugar and is completely dairy-free since I used @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Classic! I love this new oil from @nutiva because they’ve created an organic process which extracts the fats that are solid at room temperature, leaving an oil that remains liquid, even at cooler temperatures. This liquid coconut oil is the perfect replacement for your other cooking oils and can be used for cooking, baking, dressings, dips, sauces, etc. I’ve really love baking with it because I can easily measure it out without having to heat it up first, and the less time I spend mixing everything together, the faster I can get into the oven and, ultimately, eat it! Recipe for this apple cake will be on the blog early next week, so keep an eye out! #nutiva #CookWithClarity #sponsored . . . . #cake #fall #thisisfall #baking #pink #applecake #apples #glutenfree #vegan #dairyfree #feedfeed #thebakefeed #f52grams #vscofood #foodie #wifemamafoodie #foodstyling #foodphotography #huffposttaste #buzzfeast #eeeeeats #bhgfood #chasinglight #eattheworld #coconutoil

With all the holiday baking coming up, I want to make sure y’all know about this awesome healthy alternative to inflammatory canola oil: @nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil comes in 2 flavors, Classic and Garlic, and can be used for cooking and baking up to 350°F. Even better: there are no chemicals, hexane, additives or filler oils used.
