Beef Skewers with Red Palm Oil Cilantro Chimichurri
The red palm oil adds fantastic flavor and richness to these tender beef skewers.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb boneless top sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Organic Red Palm Oil
- Chimichurri Sauce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup, warmed Organic Red Palm Oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch hot pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Chimichurri Sauce: Stir together cilantro, parsley, red palm oil, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper flakes and salt.
- Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Season beef with salt and pepper; toss with oil. Thread beef onto metal or soaked wooden skewers; grill, turning, for 8 to 10 minutes for medium-rare.
- Serve skewers with Chimichurri Sauce.
- Tip: To melt Organic Unrefined Red Palm Oil, place in heatproof container in warm water.
