18 Ways to Fuel Your Day kitchen.nutiva.com Nutiva Orgnic MCT Oil

  1. Vanilla Oat No Bake Balls. Grab this recipe from Haley who says, “When you hit a wall, use it. whatever your “wall” is, use it to teach you, to grow you, become more creative because of the wall.”

When you hit a wall, use it. whatever your “wall” is, use it to teach you, to grow you, become more creative because of the wall. When you’re frustrated and keep hitting that same wall, go around, find another way, push that dang wall over. I promise you’re not stuck, you’re right where you need to be. @blakealexiss ———————————— ?I know everyone loves no bake cookies, just simply because they require one bowl and no baking!? The ones I made above are vanilla oat no bakes! With a sneaky healthy ingredient… @nutiva organic MCT coconut oil! MCTs are easily digested and provide energy, support the metabolism, and are burned by the body for energy and fuel. Make the recipe for yourself and let me know what you think!?? 1 cup of oat flour (glutenfree) 1/2 cup of oats (glutenfree) 3 tablespoons of mct coconut oil @nutiva 2 tablespoons of vanilla powder 2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 cup of coconut sugar 1/3 cup of maple syrup 1 teaspoon of baking powder Pinch of salt Roll into balls and freeze over night! #sponsored #navitas

  2. MCT + Ghee Coffee. According to Bailey, “Giving up my $6 venti caramel macchiato was something I thought would be hard to do when I first cut out all the junk from my diet. I got into a routine that’s easy and that works for me by replacing the junk with the good stuff, @nutiva MCT oil (#sponsored) and ghee (healthy fat + flavor!).

After posting my coffee routine the other day, so many of you reached out for some more deets! I love when you guys do that ☺? Giving up my $6 venti caramel macchiato was something I thought would be hard to do when I first cut out all the junk from my diet. I got into a routine that’s easy and that works for me by replacing the junk with the good stuff, @nutiva MCT oil (#sponsored) and ghee (healthy fat + flavor!). MCT oil is something I’ve been supplementing in my coffee since @whole30inga introduced me to it when I was in Iceland actually! She told me about how it boosts your metabolism and gives ya energy and I’ve been using it ever since. After some researching, I found out that @nutiva is the ONLY organic MCT oil out there and I get a billion cups of coffee out of each bottle. Mix that with a little ghee and you don’t need coffee with crazy chemicals at crazy prices anymore 😉 #nutiva #MCToil #foodisfuel

  3. Peanut Butter. Who knew you could infuse a homemade peanut butter with MCT Oil? Nicole did, and the result was this.

honey bourbon peanut butter w/ sea salt made with organic MCT oil from @nutiva ? don’t get me wrong, i have my store bought favs, but there’s just something special about making your own nut butter! . true story: three years ago, when i was pregnant with my first son, i read an article in @7x7bayarea about a woman named sarah from @paleoishmama and her small batch nut butters taking the bay area by storm. i knew i had to meet her & have her make the favors for my baby shower! the guests went wild over the honey bourbon peanut butter! although sarah is no longer selling her nut butters, she gave me her honey bourbon peanut butter recipe! ?? i just kicked it up a notch with MCT oil. HOLY AMAZING GOODNESS!!! # Curious about MCTs? MCTs are medium-chain triglycerides, a form of saturated fatty acid that has health benefits, ranging from improved cognitive function to better weight management. Coconut oil is one great source of MCTs. Did you know that roughly 62–65 percent of the fatty acids in coconut oil are MCTs? I didn’t ??‍♀️have a great day you guys! xx . . #kalejunkie #peanutbutter #homemade #getinmybelly #goodmoodfood #gloobyfood #kaylaitsines #toneitup #bbgmums #nutiva #mctoil

  4. Turmeric Latte. Blair says this is her, “usual go to ????turmeric latte after a morning roof top workout with friends to give her some energy for the day, yet relaxes her muscles.”

my usual go to ????turmeric latte after a morning roof top workout w/ friends to give me some energy for the day, yet relax my muscles, you’ve got to make yourself one ???? I drink ’em everyday & recently I’ve been switching up regular coconut oil with @nutiva Organic MCT Oil. You’ve probably seen me add it to my smoothies lately in my stories, the taste is the same as virgin coconut oil, but the benefits are ? WHY!? ??”MCTs” are medium-chain triglycerides, a form of saturated fatty acids….Medium chain fats are digested easily and sent directly to your liver & can alter your metabolism (positively) I.E; MCTs are burned by the body for energy/fuel instead of being stored as fat. BUT, I love it ?? because it can help with digestion and support your gut health (!!!!) AND brain health….Gut health, brain health, positivity, three things I heart ?? all warmed up in this little drink along with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and some cacao! Recipe in stories! #nutiva #MCTOil

  5. All the Things Smoothie Bowl. Kate made this beautiful smoothie bowl and filled it with things like wheat grass, pineapple, coconut water, coconut flakes, and MCT Oil.

I know, I know, smoothie bowls are, like, the #1 way to get likes on the Gram, but guys… come on, how beautiful would your day be if it started with this coconut green smoothie bowl? And unlike a lot of the overstyled smoothie bowls you see, this one actually tastes amazing! It’s got wheatgrass and pineapple for some detox power, plus all things coconut: coconut water, coconut flakes and my new fave star ingredient: coconut MCT Oil. I use @Nutiva, the world’s first and only Certified Organic MCT Oil, which is made with 13g of medium-chain triglycerides per serving (hint: that’s the good fat that’s proven to aid in digestion, improve energy and boost metabolism. Plus, it’s made without chemicals, hexane, additives or filler oils AND they support small organic family coconut farmers and sustainable agriculture. 6. Raw Trail (Re)Mix. Lauren was found serving up a trail mix consisting of blueberries, blackberries, sprouted walnuts, shredded coconut, and basil then drizzled with MCT Oil.

RAW TRAIL (RE)MIX + MCT TALK! ? ? This combo tho with bluebs, blackberries, sprouted walnuts, shredded coconut, and basil is a total game changer. ??I also drizzled some @nutiva Organic MCT Oil to check out their new product! You guys know I like to do almost oil-free, but I wanted to give MCT Oil a taste because of the buzz surrounding it. Have you heard of MCTs? I hadn’t until recently! ? Medium-chain triglycerides are easily digested fats that provide energy, support the metabolism, and are burned by the body for FUEL! Which I could always use on a Thursday…? Nutiva also doesn’t add any nasties (chemicals, additives, or filler oils) in the creation process. ? It has sort of a light coconut-y taste that was good drizzled on fruit salad! You can also drizzle it on your macro bowls, your coffee, or your smoothies! Have you tried MCT Oil? If so, what did you think? I like to be a part of the health conversation that is CONSTANTLY changing so I’d love to hear your thoughts! Happy Thursday, friends, let’s throw it WAY BACK today! ❤ *~*~*~* #floraandvino #ad #mctoil #nutiva #summertoneup #tiu #tiuteam #tiugirl #tiucheckin #foodisfuel #mcts #postworkout #postworkoutsnack #tiucommunity #tiunutritionplan #macros #fitfam #bbg #bbgfood #kaylasarmy #bbgcommunity #foodblogger #foodphotography #foodphotographer #positivevibes #glutenfree #glutenfreevegan #rawvegan #trailmix #healthyfats

  7. Cashew Cookie Smoothie Bowl. We love the creative spin Britt put on the classic smoothie bowl. She used cashew milk, cashew butter, vanilla protein powder, 1/2 frozen zucchini, 1/2 frozen banana, flaxseed, chlorella, MCT oil, cinnamon, blended and topped with bee pollen for extra nutrients + energy and a cookie dough ball.

  8. Summer Pasta Salad. Rhiana made a Summer Pasta Salad, and then for the dressing, she “used a mix of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and Nutiva’s Organic MCT oil with a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper.”

Summer pasta salad made with organic black beans, sweet corn, spinach, cherry tomatoes, diced avo and brown rice penne pasta. For the dressing I used a mix of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and @nutiva’s organic MCT oil with a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper. Has anyone here heard of MCT oil? MCT oil is a quick-digesting fat that the body rapidly absorbs and metabolizes for fuel. It has also been known to increase mental clarity. And there has been some talk about MCT oil treating certain GI conditions related to the malabsorption of nutrients. Interesting, eh? Many brands use a mix of coconut and palm oils in their MCT oil but not @nutiva. Theirs is the first USDA certified organic MCT oil made without additives or fillers. And the flavor is extremely mild. Perfect for adding to smoothies, your morning coffee or summer salad. ? #nutiva #MCTOil #lherbemuse

  13. Gazpacho. Deanna made a beautiful Gazpacho for all you cold-soup enthusiasts.

Hot summer days are perfect for cold soups! Gazpacho is simple to make, tastes delicious, and keeps well in the fridge for several days. Topped with hemp hearts for texture and a drizzle of @nutiva organic MCT oil for a boost of energy it’s ?? From my research, I learned that MCTs (medium-chain-triglycerides) aid in digestion, boost metabolism, and improve energy. Since the flavor is very mild, I’ve been incorporating the oil into my salads, cold soups, and smoothies. And I’m grateful there is an organic option now since @nutiva uses a certified organic process to make the oil and doesn’t utilize harsh chemical solvents like hexane, nor adds chemicals, additives, and filler oils to the product! This smoothie has been on repeat this week! It’s a fruitless smoothie, loaded with all the fat!!! (healthy fat, that is 😉 ). I love this creamy smoothie, because it’s filling, bananaless, fruitless, and full of protein and healthy fats! My body truly operates and thrives off of healthy fats more than anything really, so I usually like to whip up one of these smoothies for lunch, or a mid-day snack… even dessert!!! 18. Overnight Oats. Kelly is serving up the best-looking Overnight Oats. Packed with everything and then some, you’ll want to prep these tonight for breakfast tomorrow.

Taking full advantage of peach season before it’s over! As you know, Micheal has been trying to gain weight – I’ve been making overnight oats for him to have as a snack everyday and this flavor combo is his favorite so far. I’m packing as much nutrients in as possible and recently have been adding @nutiva new Organic MCT Oil. MCT is derived from coconuts and is a great source of healthy fats, provides energy, supports metabolism, and is burned by the body for energy and fuel. We dig this one because it has a light coconut taste (you can’t even taste it) and it doesn’t have any added fillers. I made sure he had a few jars before I left town on Monday ? recipe below! #ad #nutiva #MCToil -⠀ 1/2-2/3 cups rolled oats⠀ 1 medium peach, diced⠀ 1 tablespoon @nutiva Organic MCT Oil⠀ 1 tablespoon chia seeds⠀ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder⠀ 1 teaspoon maca⠀ 1 teaspoon cinnamon⠀ 3/4-1 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀ -⠀ place all ingredients in a jar, shake it up, and place in the fridge for 4-12 hours – top with more toppings if you like and enjoy!⠀ #eatthegains
