We offer Nutiva Online Wholesale accounts to businesses that do not have access to natural foods distributors, are unable to meet their minimum order requirements for delivery, or cannot get certain Nutiva products through regular distribution. We no longer sell to third party eCommerce re-sellers.

The majority of our retail accounts purchase their Nutiva products through one of our distributors.

Nutiva products are sold and distributed nationally by all the main natural food distributors in the U.S., as well as many smaller, regional/local or specialized natural food distributors, including:

Shipping & Delivery

  • Nutiva only ships Online Wholesale orders to the continental United States only.
  • Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order. We will notify you if the order may be delayed because of out of stock items.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers will be billed exact charges for UPS Ground shipping. (No Free Shipping for Nutiva Online Wholesale orders)
  • Nutiva uses UPS as our primary carrier for Ground shipping, so a physical street address is necessary.
  • Orders are shipped from Richmond, California and are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. UPS takes another 5 to 7 business days to reach some areas of the U.S., depending on weather. You should receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
  • Expedited Service: Customers will be billed exact charges for UPS Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day service. NOTE: Please email us at before placing an order requiring Expedited Service!

Returns, Replacements & Refunds


At Nutiva, Inc., we proudly stand behind our products and our quality controls.  If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you purchased from or from one of our authorized sellers, please contact customer service within 45 days of the date of purchase to request a refund or a replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end user purchaser.

How to Claim the Guarantee:

To submit a Guarantee request, please email us at or call us at 1-800-993-4367 and have information available regarding the product you purchased and where and when you purchased your product.

In some cases, such as when a product may have caused a customer to experience an adverse reaction, you may be required to return the product to us for inspection.
