Shipping, return, and refund information for the Nutiva wholesale store
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order. We will notify you if the order may be delayed because of out of stock items.
Free Shipping on all continental U.S. retail orders over $49.00. (No Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. possessions and territories). Appropriate shipping fees will be applied to any orders shipping to these states.
On orders less than $49.00, we apply UPS shipping rates.

Nutiva uses UPS as our primary carrier for Ground shipping. Orders of less than 10 lbs. may be shipped by UPS SurePost and the Post Office may do the final delivery, so a street address is necessary. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your shipment if you do not want your order shipped via UPS Sure Post. We ship to the continental U.S. via UPS Ground and UPS SurePost. We ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.”
Orders are shipped from Richmond, California and are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. UPS takes another 5 to 7 business days to reach some areas of the U.S., depending on weather. You should receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
Customers will be billed exact charges for UPS Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day service.

Remember to include a copy of your packing slip (or a piece of paper, your order ID number, name, address, email address, and phone number) and a note with the reason for your return so we know who to credit for the return. Once we have received it we will credit the card used to charge the order.
Alternatively, we can send you a pre-paid UPS return label for your return and we would deduct our discounted rate for shipping from your refund.
45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Nutiva, Inc., we proudly stand behind our products and our quality controls. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you purchased from nutiva.com or from one of our authorized sellers, please contact customer service within 45 days of the date of purchase to request a refund or a replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end user purchaser.
How to Claim the Guarantee:
To submit a Guarantee request, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-993-4367 and have information available regarding the product you purchased and where and when you purchased your product.
In some cases, such as when a product may have caused a customer to experience an adverse reaction, you may be required to return the product to us for inspection.
