Zucchini Bread



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment on the bottom.
  3. Place dry ingredients in a bowl, sifting the coconut flour. Set aside.
  4. Beat the eggs, honey/coconut sugar, coconut oil and banana until well blended.
  5. Add zucchini and mix for 15 seconds.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and blend.
  7. Spoon batter into loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes until center is cooked.
