Have a hard time chewing almonds and flax seed so I used almond meal and flax meal which I think digests better. Also used quick oats cuz had no whole oats. I didn’t have any coconut flaked so I used whey powder which I believe cultures the mix and helps for absorption. Loved the results ! My son (17 years) actually ate them. He is tired I believe of candy bar style protein bar with soy, sugar and chocolate. Thank you Nutiva for versatile recipes ! Wholesome and life-giving!
Thanks so much for sharing!
