Raspberry Lime Tea Smoothie
This is a fantastic, cleansing smoothie made with coconut oil, chia, and green tea for an extra antioxidant boost to start your day!
- 1 1/2 cups Green Tea (cold and brewed; if brewing fresh, steep 2 tea bags in 3/4 cup water, then add ice)
- 1/2 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Sugar (depending on your preference and ripeness of berries)
- 3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Lime (juiced)
- 3 Ice Cubes
- Add all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend until no large chunks remain.
