Pomegranate Clementine Mint Martini with Chia

Here’s a festive cocktail to celebrate the holidays – but so delicious that you’ll serve it all year long.


  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed clementine juice
  • 2 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
  • 3/4 cup vodka
  • 18 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice


  1. Stir together pomegranate juice, clementine juice and chia seeds. Refrigerate for 20 minutes; add vodka until blended.
  2. Shake, in batches, in cocktail shaker filled with mint leaves and ice; strain into glasses.
