  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper Diced
  • 1/2 - 1 cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 lemon Fresh
  • 1/2 tsp lemon rind
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 2 onions Green Chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds Organic Chia Seed
  • 2 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein 15g Organic Hemp Protein
  • 2 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Hempseed Organic Shelled Hempseed

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients into CROCK POT, except *Hempseed or added greens and cook on LOW for 4 – 4.5 hours.
