  1. Measure out both ingredients.
  2. In a large stove-top pan, melt the Nutiva Organic Buttery Coconut Oil over low to low-to-medium heat.
  3. Add the unpopped popcorn, and cover with a lid.
  4. Once the kernels begin filling the pan, remove the lid.
  5. When popping slows to about one kernel per 1-2 seconds, turn off heat, remove and enjoy!

    Can you use this in butter cream frosting instead of butter?
