For many, popping a bag of buttery popcorn is not an option. With ingredients such as partially hydrogenated soybean oil, TBHQ, butter, GMO corn and/or propyl gallate, enjoying a fresh bowl of popcorn is getting harder and harder.

I make and eat a LOT of popcorn. Am excited to incorporate coconut oil into my repertoire. IMO – this method is foolproof and needs to be shared with the world – http://www.cookooree.com/u/joanie/recipes/easy-popcorn
Can you use this in butter cream frosting instead of butter?
Hi, Ana! It might not be thick enough for a frosting. For a friendly Vegan frosting alternative to butter, we recommend our Organic Shortening. Here is a recipe that did it with a donut frosting:) http://www.sarahkayhoffman.com/2016/10/21/pumpkin-spiced-donuts/
