No Bake Coconut Oat Bars

Easy No Bake Coconut Oat bars are an easy healthy snack to have laying around. 9 ingredients that you can add less or more to stick in fridge for 20 minutes and done. It packs a lot of nutrients in a small piece.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes (or chips)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Coconut Sugar Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nutiva Organic Milled Chia Seed Organic Chia Seed
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 4 tbsp Peanut butter (can be substituted with almond butter)
  • 3 tbsp Almond milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Stir peanut butter in a separate bowl with almond milk and vanilla
  3. Add the wet ingredients into the dry bowl and stir.
  4. Here, decide if you want to make bars or balls out of it.
  5. For bars, spread mixture into a pan 8×8 is a good size. For balls, roll approx. 2 tbsp of mixture in your hands and lay on pan.
  6. Put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Cut into bar size shapes and enjoy!
