Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil Organic Hemp Seed Oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric (dried or powdered)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (dried or powdered)
- 1/4 tsp Hot Paprika (dried or powdered)
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper (dried or powdered)
- 1/4 tsp Cumin (dried or powdered)
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt (dried or powdered)
- 1 tbsp Nutiva Organic Chia Seeds Organic Chia Seed
- Parchment Paper
- Harissa Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna™ Organic Coconut Manna
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Harissa Paste
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 357 degrees
- Cut the potato into 1/4 inch slabs and then into sticks
- Mix spices and seeds together
- Place potatoes into a large bowl, coat with oil and then add in seed/spice mixture, being sure to distribute the spice over each “fry”.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay potatoes out on the sheet ensuring one layer (Note: overlapping layers will cause the potatoes to steam not crisp)
- Bake potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through the baking time.
- Harissa Dipping Sauce:
- Ensure your manna is a room temp and smooth.
- Add all other ingredients to manna and mix well. Note: this is a spicy sauce, if you like a little less kick decrease the amount of Harissa paste.
