Mocha Chia Pudding
A chocolatey chia pudding with a kick of coffee, this treat is sure to give a boost to your day!
- Place coffee, coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a blender and mix thoroughly.
- Add chia seeds and blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into containers and chill in refrigerator over night.
- Top with raw cacao nibs, fresh blue berries or strawberries or eat it just as is.
