Mini Vegan Pizza Rounds
- Sandwich Rounds Nature’s Own Whole Wheat (1-2 per person)
- Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon per half Round Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 slice Rice Cheese Galaxy Mozzarella Flavor
- Slice tomato and ; sprinkle of garlic, oregano, etc.
- Pre-heat toaster or regular oven on 400 degree setting.
- Spread each half of Round with coconut oil.
- Place 1 slice of rice cheese on top of each round.
- Add tomato, sprinkle of garlic, oregano and other seasonings.
- Add optional toppings of mushrooms, peppers, etc.
- Bake in preheated toaster oven, checking after 5-7 minutes to see if cheese is melted, bread is crisp and toppings are brown. Continue to bake until Mini Vegan Pizza Rounds are just the way you like them! Enjoy!
