Matcha Bliss Bites
Enjoy the health benefits of matcha green tea and MCTs with these Matcha Bliss Bites! Or as we like to call them, easy-to-make, delicious, power-packed balls of goodness.
To all our matcha lovers – you can’t go wrong with these Matcha Bliss Bites. First, they’re bliss balls, and who doesn’t love bliss balls? Second, they’re loaded with nutrients and antioxidants. Third, they’re made with only 5 ingredients and only take 5-10 minutes to make!
We know finding healthy snacks to eat can sometimes become stressful and time consuming, which is why we wanted to create a recipe you could make in under 10 minutes. They’re so great to have on hand to munch on throughout the week.
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut shreds, plus more for rolling
- 1 scoop Matcha Organic MCT Powder
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or nut butter of your preference
Add almond flour and coconut shreds to a food processor, and pulse just until combined.
Add Organic Matcha MCT Powder, and pulse again just until combined.
Add pitted dates, and pulse until the dates are well mixed. At this point, the mixture should be a little sticky, but not sticky enough to hold together in a ball.
Add almond butter (or other nut butter), and pulse until the mixture sticks together.
Roll “dough” into even-sized balls, and coat them with more coconut shreds. If you’d like to can coat them in cocoa powder, cacao nibs, or anything your heart desires.
