Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 Tbsp natural sweetener
- 2 Tbsp onion red finely minced
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp sea salt or Celtic salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin or virgin coconut oil (melted if solid) Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients except the oil.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil, holding it several inches above the bowl and pouring in a thin, steady stream, while whisking vigorously until the mixture thickens.
