Lemon Vinaigrette


  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 Tbsp natural sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp onion red finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt or Celtic salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin or virgin coconut oil (melted if solid) Organic Virgin Coconut Oil


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients except the oil.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil, holding it several inches above the bowl and pouring in a thin, steady stream, while whisking vigorously until the mixture thickens.
