Kale and Cashew Smoothie
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 4-5 cup Water (filtered)
- 5 Kale (leaves, de-stemmed)
- ¾ cups Parsley (tops)
- ½ cup Cashews
- 1 tsp Lime Juice (optional)
- 2 slices Fresh Ginger (optional)
- 3-4 Black Figs (dried)
- ½ cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed Organic Shelled Hempseed
- 2-3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
