Juicebar Salad

If you are looking for a new way to enjoy salad, look no further! Slice and dice all the ingredients together and then top off your salad with a delicious Hemp Oil dressing and Hempseed!


  • 3 Carrots (large)
  • 1 Beet
  • 3 stalks Celery (or 1 medium celery root)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Honey (raw, organic, unpasteurized)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil
  • 2-4 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hempseed (to taste)
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Ground Black Pepper (to taste)


  1. Using either a box grater or a food processor, grate the vegetables and mix together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl juice the lemon and whisk in the honey. Then slowly whisk in both the olive oil and the hemp oil.
  3. Mix the dressing into the vegetables along with the hempseed, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
