Hot Cereal with Hempseed and Coconut Oil

This is a healthy and tasty Hot Cereal recipe with superfoods Hempseed, Flax, and Coconut Oil



  1. Grind the almonds then toast them at 350 for 5 – 10 min til slightly golden. Grind the flax seed and combine all the ingredients.
  2. Store in a tight sealing container in the refrigerator.
  3. To serve as a hot cereal: 1/3 cups mix, add hot water for desired consistency and 1 tbsp coconut oil, stir and serve as is or add coconut cream, manna or milk.
  4. Alternately, use in smoothies or shakes, sprinkle on yoghurt or mix with other cereals to add fiber and protein to your day.
