Hot Cereal with Hempseed and Coconut Oil
This is a healthy and tasty Hot Cereal recipe with superfoods Hempseed, Flax, and Coconut Oil
- Grind the almonds then toast them at 350 for 5 – 10 min til slightly golden. Grind the flax seed and combine all the ingredients.
- Store in a tight sealing container in the refrigerator.
- To serve as a hot cereal: 1/3 cups mix, add hot water for desired consistency and 1 tbsp coconut oil, stir and serve as is or add coconut cream, manna or milk.
- Alternately, use in smoothies or shakes, sprinkle on yoghurt or mix with other cereals to add fiber and protein to your day.
