Hemp Tabouli


  • 1 Cup whole bulgur wheat
  • 1 tsp sea salt Kosher
  • 1 1/2 Cups water Boiling
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil Organic Hemp Seed Oil
  • Dash garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed Shelled Organic Shelled Hempseed
  • 2 tomato Medium, Seeded and diced
  • 1 Bunch parsley Fresh Chopped
  • 4 onions Green Chopped


  1. In a large bowl, mix bulgur wheat and salt. Pour boiling water over the wheat, mix, cover, and let sit for a half hour. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve.
