Hemp and Almond Pesto

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Nutiva Organic Hempseed toasted shelled Organic Shelled Hempseed
- 2/3 cup Almonds sliced
- 1 bunch Basil
- 3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil Organic Hemp Seed Oil
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- Crush seeds, almonds, basil, hemp oil, and olive oil to a paste with a pestle in a mortar.
- Mix in the parmesan.
- Heat pesto in a pot, being careful not to cook it.
- Serve this tasty sauce over your favorite pasta.
- Finely cut tomato cubes add refreshing taste and color.
- Sufficient for 1 1/2 pounds.
