An antioxidant packed, avocado-less guacamole for those who don’t like, or are allergic to, avocado.


  • 2 cups Garbanzo Beans
  • 2 cups Kale Juice
  • 3 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 slice Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Cilantro (to taste)


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with your chips of choice and enjoy!
