An antioxidant packed, avocado-less guacamole for those who don’t like, or are allergic to, avocado.
- 2 cups Garbanzo Beans
- 2 cups Kale Juice
- 3 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 slice Lime
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Cilantro (to taste)
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Serve with your chips of choice and enjoy!
