Green Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Smooth and creamy with a crunchy topping– it’s the perfect way to eat a bowl of fruit and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Organic Shelled Hempseed
  • 1 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In blender, purée pear, banana, avocado and half of the mango. Add spinach, kale, yogurt and almond milk; process until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl and top with remaining mango, hempseed, almonds and coconut flakes.
