Turned out lovely! I made a lemon glaze to place on top using 1 C powered sugar, 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream , 1 Tbsp lemon juice & 1 tsp lemon extract. It was so nice to eat a tasty cake again!

Man oh manishevitz this I wanna bake, but I’m allergic to almond flour. Any substitute ideas?

    1. Nutiva Team Nutiva says:

      Hi Ted,
If you are only allergic to almonds you could use hazelnut flour instead, but if you have a nut allergy you could try cassava flour too. Good luck!
