Creamy Chocolate Banana Shake

A Creamy Chocolate Banana Shake you can make in 5 minutes with just 3 ingredients.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely blended together.
  3. Serve.

There are some food combinations that fit perfectly together, and we would assume that you agree with the chocolate and banana pairing. If our assumptions are correct, then you are going to love this Creamy Chocolate Banana  Shake.

There are two reasons this shake is creamy. The first is due to the milk. We know that with any smoothie and/or shake recipe out there, the option to replace the milk with water always stands. Usually we agree, but not for this recipe. The milk is how you will be able to achieve an even creamier shake. Take your pick, almond, coconut, rice, cashew, hemp, macadamia, etc. If you’re not Vegan, you can choose a dairy-based milk. The second is because we used a frozen banana, which also assists in the creamy texture. Simply place your whole, peeled banana in the freezer for at least 30 minutes prior to using for best results.

How good is this recipe? With 3 items? Are you kidding? It’s so good, I peel and freeze a banana on a daily basis, as this recipe is not only great tasting, but also provides a quick energy boost when you need one.
