Cranberry Coconut Bread
A delicious hearty bread made with coconut flour, coconut oil, cranberries, and chia seeds. Perfect companion to stews, soups, and chili. Healthier alternative to cornbread.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Grease your loaf pan with butter or Nutiva Virgin Coconut Oil (I used the oil).
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Sprinkle additional cranberries on top if desired.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes (depending on oven type) at 350. Let cool completely before serving.
