- 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour (can be substituted with traditional all-purpose flour)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- Preheat & lightly grease waffle iron.
- Combine Nutiva Coconut Flour, Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour, and baking powder.
- Add eggs, Nutiva Hemp Oil, and water and blend until smooth.
- Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto preheated and lightly greased waffle iron.
- Cook waffles 3-4 minutes or follow waffle iron manufacturer’s instructions.
- Drizzle waffle with syrup and strawberry preserves and enjoy!
