Coconut Waffles


  • 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour (can be substituted with traditional all-purpose flour)
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Water


  1. Preheat & lightly grease waffle iron.
  2. Combine Nutiva Coconut Flour, Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, Nutiva Hemp Oil, and water and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour about 2/3 cup batter onto preheated and lightly greased waffle iron.
  5. Cook waffles 3-4 minutes or follow waffle iron manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Drizzle waffle with syrup and strawberry preserves and enjoy!
