Coconut Snow Balls

Made with Coconut Oil and rolled in Hempseed these coconut treats only take 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the coconut oil, honey, sea salt, unsweetened coconut, vanilla extract and peppermint together.
  2. Form into 1 inch balls, then roll in hempseed.
  3. Chill in freezer and serve cold!

    Is “1-1/2 cups coconut unsweetened” referring to coconut milk, coconut flakes or something else?

    I love these. Great way to give the toddlers a dose of linolenic acid! We actually just add the hemp to the mixture and sometimes roll them in more.
