Hello! this recipe sounds delicious, but has Me a litle confused. In the ingredients list, I see “» ⅓ cup coconut nectar raw”, but I don’t see it used anywhere in the instructions.
In the Instructions, Step 2 includes “…whisk together egg, sugar…” but I don’t see sugar in the Ingredients list. Is that supposed to be the “coconut nectar”. If so, can I substitute coconut sugar or raw honey ? Not sure where to get coconut nectar.
    Thanks in advance! 🙂

Hi Jonathan – We have updated the recipe. You can substitute the coconut nectar for coconut sugar or honey. Enjoy!

These Coconut Muffins were HORRIBLE. Tasted like a mouth full of sand. The Coconut Blueberry Muffins (https://kitchen.nutiva.com/coconut-blueberry-muffins/ ) are so much better.
