Coconut Manna and Hempseed Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup - melted Organic Coconut Manna
- 3 Tbsp coconut nectar
- 6 Packets ZSweet
- 3 Tbsp water filtered
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp carob powder
- 4 Tbsp cacao powder raw
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp goji berries
- 3 Tbsp Organic Shelled Hempseed
Instructions
- In small bowl, blend melted Coconut Mana, Coconut Nectar, ZSweet, water, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
- With flat spatula using a folding motion, work in carob and cacao powder until smooth, pliable, and shiny like fudge.
- With spatula, fold in Cacao Nibs and Goji berries.
- Form into balls and roll in Hempseed.
