Coconut Flour Biscuits



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Using a fork, add coconut oil and mash all together, forming small crumbs.
  4. Add honey and eggs, mixing with fork or hands until fully incorporated into a loose dough.
  5. Form nine small balls and place onto an ungreased baking sheet with approximately 1 1/2 – 2 inches between each one.
  6. Mash each ball down slightly and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Followed recipe, but used a generous 1/2 cup, instead of 1/3 cup of coconut flour (a happy accident, actually, I read the recipe wrong). Turned out as intended/pictured. Hoorah!
