Chocolate Hemp Joy Smoothie
Simple smoothies that packs a punch! This chocolate hempshake is full of protein, healthy fats from coconut manna, and great omegas from chia seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk (or 1/4 cup almonds, soaked, plus 1 1/2 cups water)
- 1 Banana (large, frozen)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Soft Dates
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Manna
- 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seed
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Organic Hemp Seed Protein
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, coconut manna, chia seeds, vanilla flavor, hempshake, dates and maple syrup to a high powered blender.
- Blend until creamy.
- Add the frozen banana. Blend
- Add the coconut flakes and gently blend.
